Payment Terms (Booking Policy):

After confirmation of any Package request: 50% of tour package cost required immediately to book all the respective services.

02 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.

All payments must be notified by an e-mail format only with attached transaction details.

Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.

Additional Costs due to the Train / Flight Cancellation or Strike / Road Blockade / Landslide or any Natural Calamities

We will not entertain any credit facility.

Child Booking Policy

Child upto 5 years will not given any extra travel seat or bed. And a sum of Rs 500/- will be charged extra per day for the child.

Child above 5 years will be considered as an adult tourist.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.

Any cancellation at 10 Days prior to travel date – 20% of the booking amount will be refunded.

Any cancellation in less than 10 Days:- No refund.

Once the package is booked & confirmed North Sikkim part is Non Cancelable or Non Refundable.

Cancellation & refund terms are subject to vary at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy, High Season and the destination.

Refunds (if applicable)-

If your refund are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Claims of Insurances & Other Losses-

Ashoke Tour & Travel does not provide travel any insurance nor do we charge the amount in the package. Any claims for insurances or damages Ashoke Tour & Travel will not be held responsible. For any health related issues, in case of fatal demise, any accidental occurrences, the loss of bagages or pilferage of valuables or delays Ashoke Tour & Travel will not be held responsible for compensation.

Replying To Legal Disputes:

For any legal disputes, Ashoke Tour & Travel will only oblige to attend the Cachar (Silchar) jurisdictions only.
